Altitude Services have been awarded the Condition Inspection and Collection of Street Lighting Highways Equipment Inventory contract by Doncaster Council through the East Riding of Yorkshire Framework.
Assets to be maintained will predominantly be as follows:
- Street lighting columns
- Illuminated signs
- Non-Illuminated signs
- Illuminated bollards
- Non-Illuminated reflective bollards
- Street Lighting Nameplates
- Belisha Beacons
- Centre Marker Beacons
- School flashing warning lights
- Any other Highway equipment to be specified by the Engineers
Each Borough is divided into Areas/Parishes/Zones and any required traffic management arrangements will be agreed prior to commencement of the works.
Works commenced in October 2021 and will run until the end of March 2022. There is also an option to extend the contract by a further three twelve-month extensions. We expect to be able to facilitate up to 14,000 inspections per annum.
