We are pleased to report that Altitude have been selected by Hochtief to carry out street lighting and signage at the A6 Broughton Bypass project.
This is a long awaited scheme for the people of Broughton, who have been campaigning for this bypass since earlier than 1986.
The bypass is to run 2km in length and leaves the A6 just north of the Broughton crossroads. It then links in with Whittingham Lane at a roundabout before coming down to join D’urton Lane and the M55/A6 roundabout.
Altitude will carry out all street lighting, traffic signage and associated ducting and civils works, valued at approximately £400k.
This will be the first time that Altitude has worked for Hochtief. We look forward to playing our part in making it a successful project.
