Altitude have recently completed a full upgrade of high bay luminaires for The Book People, at their 2.5 acre warehouse and call centre at Parc Menai, Bangor.
Altitude were tasked with surveying existing lighting, providing a design solution, including calculation and reporting of energy/carbon costs and savings, and ultimately supply and installation of the new LED high bay units. All in all nearly 300 new LED luminaires were fitted.
The results are fantastic, with huge energy savings compared to the previous high bay 400w lights, which will pay for the project within 2 years, while providing a far superior working environment for the 200+ staff that are based there.
