WMCA appointed Altitude in February to design, supply and install replacement internal and external LED Luminaires. We settled on a combination of Urbis Schreder and Ansell lanterns.
It was critical for the client that works were completed and billed before the end of March, which was a challenge as the usual lead time for the lanterns is 6-8 weeks. Our suppliers pulled out the stops though, and were able to deliver on time, which meant works started on the 26th of March.
The works were completed on time, on budget, and with no accidents!
The project has been a great success, with many positive remarks from the staff and travelling public. As well as the enhanced lit environment, the project will pay for itself in just three years, through energy and maintenance savings.
